When can I expect to receive my order?
Your order will be processed and shipped via Australia Post within 48 hours.
All orders are shipped from Melbourne, Australia. Please allow up to 7 working days to receive your order, depending on your location.
Where do you ship to?
We ship Australia wide.
Can I pick up my order from you?
Unfortunately we do not offer local pick-up.
How are your products packaged / mailed?
All products are posted inside a 100% recycled cardboard flat rigid mailer for protection.
Our A4 & A3 Art Prints are packaged in a clear polypropylene sleeve, supported by 100% recycled cardboard backing board to provide protection and support. They are posted inside a 100% recyclable cardboard flat rigid mailer to ensure your artwork arrives in perfect condition.
Can I share a photo of my new Art Print / product?
Yes, of course! We love seeing pictures of our products in their forever homes. We just ask that you kindly tag our website or instagram page @milkbar_studio in your post. Thank you!
Can I have a product delivered to someone else as a gift?
Certainly!
Please follow the steps below to ensure your order is sent as a gift.
- Add the items you wish to send the recipient to your cart.
- Select a Greeting Card for the recipient and add to your cart. *Skip this step if a greeting card is not required.
- If you would like a personal message written inside the card, write the message in the checkout under 'Order special instructions'.
- Proceed to checkout.
- Enter your own details in the Billing section.
- Enter the details recipient in the Delivery section.
Can I change the shipping address after I have placed my order?
If you need to change the shipping address after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We'll do our best to accommodate your request if your order has not yet been shipped.
What is your returns policy?
Unfortunately we do not accept returns based on change of mind, please make sure you are 100% certain of your decision before completing your purchase.
If you have accidentally selected the incorrect product or design, please Contact Us as soon as possible as we may be able to swap out the product if your order has not yet been shipped.
In the unlikely event that an item is faulty or damaged upon arrival, please Contact Us so we can resolve the issue.
