Damaged or Faulty Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival and in the unlikely event that an item is faulty or damaged, please Contact Us so we can resolve the issue.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please Contact Us.
Change of Mind
Unfortunately we do not accept returns based on change of mind, please make sure you are 100% certain of your decision before completing your purchase.
If you have accidentally selected the incorrect product or design, please Contact Us as soon as possible as we may be able to swap out the product if your order has not yet been shipped.
