Shipping policy

Processing Time: Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. Please allow 1-3 business days for processing your order. Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email notification with tracking information.

Shipping Rates: Shipping costs are calculated as a flat rate based on the value of your order. All orders over $80 receive free shipping.

Delivery Times: Allow up to 7 business days to receive your order once shipping confirmation has been received.

International Shipping: We currently do not offer international shipping.

Shipping Carriers: We use Australia Post to fulfill our shipments. We will provide tracking information so you can follow your package's journey.

Lost or Stolen Packages: Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for any lost or stolen items. If your package has been lost or stolen, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim. We are happy to assist in providing any relevant information for claims.

Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us at gemma@milkbarstudio.au within 7 days of receiving your order. We will be happy to assist with a replacement or refund.

Address Changes: If you need to change your shipping address after your order has been placed, please contact us immediately at gemma@milkbarstudio.au. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but please note that once an order has been processed, we cannot guarantee we can change the address.
